lighting playing around with LED Lights

This year I replaced my 4 t8 with 18 W a peace in my germination chamber with 3 LED panels with each 24 W so I could germinate Seeds on three levels, before it was only 2 ( each with 2 t8 over them)
The panels have 16 White (6500K) and 8 Blue ( 460nm) and they worked really well.
Now I would also like to replace all my other lights ( 8 t8 with 18W each and 10 cfl with ecah 23W ) that I use after the plants leave the germination chamber. So I bought a whole bunch of LED Flood lights in warm, natural and cold white and started testing them turned out the natural white got the best results with the least amount of W but I was still curios if I could get even better results with less energy so I read a lot about photosynthesis and checked out a lot of diffrent LED Grow products that I could find.
Then I looked to find cheap sources to buy high power LEDs and started putting diffrent lights with diffrent colors and energy usage. After I finished that I started around 260 Capsicum pubescens ( Rocoto) Seeds in the germination chamber and now 4 Weeks after I sowed the seeds, 123 of the plants are put under 13 diffrent Setups.
