Magic Rub

[SIZE=large]I call this "Magic Rub" because it can be used on just about anything.  I use it on steak, ribs, chicken, fish.... hell, I've even used it on eggs.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]½  Cup sugar[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]1 cup salt[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]1/3 cup Paprika[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]1/2 cup cayenne pepper[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]¼ cup black pepper[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]¼ cup garlic powder[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]3 Tbsp onion powder[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]2 Tbsp oregano[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]2 Tbsp thyme[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]2 Tsp ground mustard[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]2 Tsp ground cinnamon[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]For “Hot Magic” add a Tbsp of any dehydrated hot pepper powder, such as jalapeno or habanero.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]Makes about 1 quart[/SIZE]
