Korean style Coconut frog legs

8 to 10 pairs of frog legs
Half a head of garlic, minced
1 ounce of shallots, minced
a bunch of slim red onions chopped
1 rib of celery, minced
1 can of coconut milk
2 tbl red curry paste
1 tbl fish sauce
1 yellow squash cut into chunks
5 thai chile cut into chunks
4 tomatos chopped
half a 7 pot douglah, minced
half a 7 pot brown, minced
2 tbl organic coconut sugar
1 bay leaf
1 tea white pepper
1 tea black pepper
1 tea salt 
garnish with cilantro, green onion, and thai basil leaves at the very end.
 
saute all veggies except squash on high heat till they start to soften.  Add frog legs and saute till brown on the outside.  Add coconut milk,tomatoes, curry paste, and spices.  Bring to a boil and turn heat down to med to med high heat till the legs are just starting to fall off the bone.  Add yellow squash and cook till soft but still firm.  Add cilantro, green onion, and thai basil at the very end.  Cook you sauce down till its almost thick but is still runny enought to pour over white rice.  Enjoy.  Best meal i have made in long time.  You can make it as spicy as u like.

Bad ass Japanese chop chop bowl! Bad ass grub too! I swear sometimes the most fun part of this area is checking out peeps who have awesome dishware (kitchenware?)
