Hello, i have a few questions regarding a little pepper plant of mine.

Thanks for all the help in advance =)

Ok so here are the pictures-i hope i did everything right

Here is the link to all the pictures

Ok so here are my questions:

1.) On the picture of the whole plant you can see some slight browning/reddening. Now i know someone else just asked about this but just to double check is that ripening. Because if it is ripening than im confused, the biggest pod on the plant, the one in the middle is a dark green and is about two weeks older than those pods with the "ripening" so what's going on why did it just get dark green and not ripen?

2.) Also, i need a little pod identification help, the generous friend of mine i got the seeds from only grew two plants last year, bhut jolokia and trinidad scorpian butch t. I also know that they were not isolated, however when i started getting pods on my peppers i realized they looked a little odd. The plant that is pictured was labeled trinidad scorpian however the plant is producing pods that look like they could be a cross which is likely. If you look closely on the up close picture you can distincivley see a tail however it is the shape of a bhut jolokia...cross?

This is my first season so this is all kinda of a guess but what do you guys think.

Thanks again

Suntan is what you have, not ripening just yet.

And I think they look like regular bhuts?

Either way they look good.

Respect the pepper...

They might be bhuts crossed with scorpions. My bhuts don't look like that and my bhut x scorpion hybrids resemble them. The bhut jolokia should have lots of pimples on it and none of those folds (looks like the scorpions cause that). The purpling is a separate process. You will get that here and there on many varieties or purple peppers if it was selected for.
