Some food I cooked (JayT's Flog)

I couldn't figure out where to post this stuff and didn't want to inundate The Drunken Chef, so I figured I would start my own thread for posting my foods, hot sauces and other creations.

Yankee Enchiladas filled with, yep, more pork, tomatoes, onions, peppers, chiles, rice, and cheese.  Topped with Ranchero sauce, moar cheese, and black olives and baked.  Then topped again with sour cream and salsa verde.

I took my daughter out to lunch today, JayT!
(seriously, that IS my real daughter)

I asked the dude to nuke it for us, but he said it wouldn't fit in the microwave

Dog was only "plain" for the pics. She had ketchup on her end; spicy brown mustard and hot pepper relish on my end ;)

It was hilarious! The dog had a really nice snap to it, which she's not used to because "somebody" in my house (cough, cough, WIFE! ) buys the shitty hot dogs at the store all the time. She wasn't biting hard enough (dog didn't break), so she kept pulling it with her teeth, and it was sliding through the bun. Kept leaving me with full mouthfuls of nothing but hot dog bun! After I while I had to tell her to stop. I thought she was gonna choke from laughing so hard

Yup. Two footer. There's a food challenge there, where you have to eat 2 LOADED (bacon, onions, chili, cheese, etc.) two footers, an order of fries and a soda in 20 minutes. Can't remember what the prize is though. It was on an episode of Man vs. Food, I think, and Rachael Ray Magazine called it the "#1 grilled hot dog in the USA"
