Jasmine Rice Thai Restaurant

Okay, let me preface this post by saying I have never eaten here.  I do know the owner though.  I post it here because as you can see from the lack of topics, KY has pretty much no heat.  So having said that, this place does offer to cook your food with Bhut Jolokias and 7 Pots.  All you have to do is say "Bring the Heat" when you order.  Again, I cannot attest to the quality of the food as I have not eaten there.  But if you are craving something more than what BW3's Blazin Sauce (WEAK!) offers, you might want to check them out.

Here is the Urban Spoon page for it:

Heh, that's true of most of the midwest, I've found. Ethnic restaurant owners I've spoken with tell me they opened their restaurant with visions of authentic, back in the home country goodness, only to find they couldn't sell enough to stay in business. This has resulted in two things - either they "americanize" everything (a.k.a. making it bland), or they have two menus. A Chinese restaurant I frequent doesn't even hand the authentic flavors menu to non-Asians; you have to find out about it and ask for it.

The moral of this story? Patronize the restaurants you find that can bring some heat so they can stay in business, and otherwise pack your own.
