Sweet corn relish

Based on 3 ears of sweet corn

Fresh sweet corn 3 ears

1 moruga scorpion
3 takanotsume peppers/or a medium heat long pepper
2 ghost peppers
1 bell pepper cut to corn kernel size
1 medium onion
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup sugar or honey
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp powdered wasabi
1/4 tsp celery seed

Combine all in a pot cook until everything is tender store in mason jars

it is on the sweet side, and has the consistency of a pickle relish and the heat takes a minute to build then to me not all that hot. I am looking for testers at work to try it to get a more real heat level from a non chili head..
 
 not a bad relish to go on a hot dog or under the coleslaw on a pulled pork samich
