Ghost Pepper problem with pods

I am also having a problem with one of my ghost peppers. It was doing fantastic but then I noticed the pods were getting funky while the leaves remained healthy: 
 

 
I cracked several of them open to see if there were bugs or if the seeds were brown/black but no bugs were inside any of them and all the seeds looked normal:
 

 
Can anyone help me with this??

spray your plants with some cal mag.

how much water are u giving them?  Could be too much water.

I wasn't watering that much. Maybe once a week. I have 32 pepper plants in the same area and this is the only one affected.

CalMag+ or molasses are both great foliar applications if your plant is lacking in Ca and Mg. These minerals are super important for blossom integrity along with P2O5 (active phosphate). Follow the instructions on the CalMag+ bottle or mix 1 tablespoon of molasses per gallon of water and spray until the leaves drip. Repeat once or twice a week until the pods stop setting badly.
