Jail House Fire is coming to Kato's in time for the holiday's a limited number of these highly sought after bottles are making there way over here from the Falkenburg Road Jail over in Tampa where this sauce is created all the way.
The inmates grow there own Scotch Bonnets( BTW the same chiles we use to make our Kato's Down South) pick them process them then produce the Jail House Fire Hot Sauce which is in turn used by the inmates.
Kato's was lucky enough to score some for resale. Besides Kato's you need to visit the Jail to get some.

I'll pass on the jail visit. I did buy a couple of those bottles, though. I haven't had the chance to try it yet. I'll post a review when I have.
