Don't feel bad about leaving your wife behind, a flat top like that comes but once in a lifetime!

SR.

Truth be told though, with the new Genesis and the new WSM both purchased earlier this year, I think she is just tired of me spending money on outdoor cooking gadgets. I night have to try for the flat top next year.

The wife said I didn't need any more cooking appliances now so I had to leave without it. :mope:

Now all that great of quality, but it is one of the few outdoor flattops I have seen.

I cook on that 'thang in my garage.

I've been using the hell out it.

And I love it loooooong time.

I don't miss back porch charcoal or gas grillin' one bit.

And another 'thang....

It was either a Big Green Egg or the Blackstone.

Blackstone all the way.

Although, the next home I occupy will have both.

And a wood fired sauna.

Along with a hot tub.

Have mercy.

Wood-fired sauna!

You're a very sick man that needs a team of doctors around you 24/7.

Your obsession with sweaty diapered men is getting out of control.

I recommend you be institutionalized.

Just like most of us here on THP.

No really.

Ya'll have seen the nut jobs in these forums.

A scientific government survey was once taken.

Turns out that 1 in 4 people is crazy.

So if 3 of your friends appear normal...

THEN ITS YOU!!!

Looks good! I prefer corn torts for enchiladas.

As do I.

Then again...

My good friend Miguel from Puebla, loves my flour torts, egg, refried, cheese, avo, and chorizo burritos on saturdays.

On sundays I show up with jalapeno sausage klobasnek and he eats it like a hungarian.

Its all for bribery.

Every other month or so he brings me pork tamales that his mother in law made.

Next to the word "tamale" in the dictionary should be her picture.

I've never eaten better.

The masa is like butter.

The pork is like da' kine you dream about in heaven.

Miguel might be a mexican from Puebla.

But he likes to be liking flour torts too.

Ain't no rules.

Love the one you're with.

And love them with what you got.

I like em lots sir but if you rolled me an enchilada in one, I just might call it a burrito.... :P

And rightly so.

The whole taco/burrito corn/flour thang' can be confusing.

In the end....

It doesn't matter.

Like chile beans/no beans.

Because I had an epiphany one day.

My dog didn't give a shit about it.

Just don't skimp on the cheese.

She was smarter than me.

As most dogs are.

Hey TB I'm rockin a flattop on my gas range! Scanpan non-stick, clean up is a breeze. Wipe it clean and keep it on the back burners. This thing is proving to be the kitchen workhorse.

My non-stick cookware is all Scanpan now, 8", 11" with lid, grill pan, griddle... the titanium-ceramic safer coating, can also use metal utensils. Made in Denmark. Highly recommended!
