Cheese Balls

Here is a really good recipe that I've had for years.  Really good for parties.  This recipe does not have any
hot peppers, but you can easily add it.

2  8oz. pkg's cream cheese
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1  2oz. can deviled ham
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 Tbsp dry parsley
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp salt
2 oz. jar chopped pimento

Soften cream cheese.  Mix in cheddar cheese, and add next 8 ingredients until creamy.  Add parsley & pimento.
Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to handle.  It will be sticky.  Shape into balls or logs.  Roll into chopped nuts.
Chill for 3 hours.

Good for football parties!

Yes it is.  My sister use to make this when she lived in San Diego back in the 80's.  I haven't made it in such a long time, but I will
make some today.  You can also find this recipe on the internet.
