Official Bubblegum 7 Pot thread

This year i am growing Bubblegum 7 pod 'Large' -- From Pepperlover
(these were from her NEW FOR 2015, selection so I expected there to be some variation)

The 1 plant with pods already starting to ripen does not have the typical  large calyx and i'm calling that ('not' Bbg7) as that seems to be what other growers are doing when they are atypical:

...

Now these other plants are really neat and have huge calyx, and it even seems to elongate some of the pods as they try to push their way out:

...
and here is another plant with the Large thick calyx, but not elongated, the pods do seem pretty 'Large' already

What do you think ?

Is anyone else growing Judy's 'Large' Bubblegum 7 Pod this year ?

What have your results been?

Which Pheno is the correct 'Large'?
Is it the rounder 1 with the large Calyx, or the more elongated 1 with the very large calyx ?
I'm pretty sure they are all going to be  :hot:  but I'm curious as to which pod shape and size I'm supposed to be looking for ?
(I have limited space for overwintering, and will probably only save 1 of these plants)
i've still got 10+ seeds left of this generation that i never sowed because Judy is great and sends so many seeds  :D

This pepper and all it's variations are very interesting to me...
If anyone has any of the Yellow Bubblegum7 seeds to trade, I'd be interested in trying to grow that one as well ( I just got the chocolate :) and will be growing that next year also )

thanks for looking at my Pics,

Your calyx by far is the most enormous I came across so far!  I am sowing yellow bbg this season and will not have pods till probably February- my location is Australia so we have opposite seasonal time than northern hemisphere.  Being unstable I would not dare dream if it will turn out as I wish.

The bbg I grew season past started with promising large calyx but the pods grew into it more later on.. here my pic

One of my chocolate BBG7 plants has exactly what I had hoped for. Bleeding of the calyx before the pod's start to turn color. I used this plant for a bunch of crosses this summer.

Super cool. im looking for that trait to reverse my delayed calyx color on our MORUGUM chile.

Update on my Purple BBG's

The first tiny pods started like this

As they got bigger

and it isnt sunburn because even the leaves and stems are purplish

Finally they are starting to ripen

Orange to red,,no such luck on staying purple

Really dig the circular calyx

This plant is throwing a ton of pods,,they just started ripening so I am excited to see how well they bleed

Hello guys, today while I was commenting on Facebook's Chile Pepper Growing Society group that my BBG 7 Pot or "what I believe" are Orange Bubblegums (i got grilled pretty bad) ARE NOT because the calyx isn't orange and I told them it's because they just started turning color, that it's an Annum, that i think i know or all, etc, etc. So here i am asking for a second opinion because those guys guys went at me like a pack of rabid ghetto bitches as if I was trying to steal their patent.

There are a few pictures of the peppers, close ups to the calyx and a comparison with a smaller Bubblegum, a Bishop's Crown and a very small 7 Pot Primo for leaves comparison.
Please let me know your sincere opinions trying to leave your personal interests aside since I'm not trying to steal no one's idea or life long achievements.
