Hi from Nottingham

Hi from Nottingham in the UK, I've been a lover of Hot Pepper Sauce and chili since about 1976 and have recently started a Facebook Page "For The Love of Chillies" https://www.facebook.com/pages/For-The-Love-of-Chillies/324157921057187.

I don't have a company (yet) although I have made my own version of Encona Hot Pepper Sauce which is one of the Hot Sauces that you can get in most supermarkets here in England.

Unfortunately unlike in the US, Hot Pepper Sauces are not widespread and in most shops/supermarkets the selection is very limited, usually Tabasco, Encona and not much else!

I'd love to make and create Hot Sauces myself and market them so any advice on that would be most welcome.

That Encona is not very visually appealing. How is the flavor?

Welcome to THP.                                                                                                                    From the US.

Trip to Jerusalem is still there but not been for a while!
Don't Go to the stolen land and give the thieves any money. Italy or Greece is a better trip and they have great peppers; pepperonciniil.

From http://www.thatsgreece.com/info/greek-cuisine-food-vegetables-Hot-Peppers
The red peppers of the genus Capsicum grow so well in the eastern and southern Mediterranean, that certain cities have become famous for them: Nabeul in Tunisia, Maras and Urfa in Turkey, Aleppo in Syria, Mingrelia in Georgia, and, our own Aridea, as mentioned above. Not all Capsicum peppers are hot, though. Greece also claims one of the most delicious varieties of sweet red pepper, the Florina, esteemed for its thick skin and its sweet flavor. - See more at: http://www.thatsgreece.com/info/greek-cuisine-food-vegetables-Hot-Peppers#sthash.wicDJq6E.dpuf

Also; there are a lot of people here that trade or sell or gift people starting out. I prefer a clean isolated source but the gifted ones can yield fantastic surprises, Just they are known crosses.

Welcome
