4PM ...

Need to sit on the couch for a minute and think through where I'm at, and what I need to do yet, to be able to brew in the next couple of days ...

I think it's such that I only need to straighten up the big cart and make space on it for the Z, and to xfer it off the little cart to it ...

I can setup WaterWerks while the Z is brewing the 1st batch, and I have a clean, unused keg ready to receive ...

So, basically, I need to put some recipes into the recipe editor on the couch tonight, and sync them to the Z - and the rest is just the switching the Z on the two carts and doing some organizing etc ...

The worst shit is behind me now, certainly ... should be able to just have some fun for a while, now ...

Err'thang ...

It's the entirety of the components that jack into the wort loop post-boil ...

INTO plate-chiller: liquid keg connection, analog thermometer, QD, 3-pc ball-valve, QD

OUT of plate-chiller: QD, sight-glass, QD, inline oxygen diffusion stone, liquid keg connection

Now it'll jack into the loop between the brew-keg and the filter, headed back into the Z ...

Last time it was jacked into the connection out of the Z, and back into the brew-keg ...

Makes a difference in terms of temp, especially for extensive whirlpooling ... which I'll be needing.

It's rather intense as a standalone, but it's at once a thing of pure beauty in terms of perfect parity with the Z ...

Don't have very many loose parts and tubes or crap like that anymore, to keep track of ...

Z, The Taj, WaterWorks, and single keg jumper connection - and that's it ... from brew to kegged.

Anyway you could connect the 2 soon to be leaning towers? I would be concerned that any outward or inward pressures will stess the towers.

I'm happy to test it out on tctenten if you don't know!  :D

Especially when you hook the hoses up. The weight could be an issue.

There's a little bit of lean in total over the length because the QD's each have a little play in the interface, but it's actually solid IRL despite the appearance of leaning ...

It'll get water-soundness tested when I rinse the Z before brewing ...

The would cause a different problem ...

#ElevenSeconds

The modularity is key ...

Nine times out of ten, it will just be this ...

65f1548159ced467cc517b1373de1275.jpg

But the option for O2 and flow-control are there, when needed ...

It's setup to work for my big kettle's pump/recirc too, not only for the Z ...

The QD's are matched up for the big system as well, even though I have no immediate plans to brew on it ...
