A great Australian hot sauce that our friend John owner of Byron Bay Chilli Co. has supplied To Kato's for a good # of years this is a review of a sauce I know well.
A Good curry flavor with hints of chile great as a grilling sauce for seafood like Shrimp on the grill, grilled fish a really unique tasting sauce.
A 3 of 10 on heat a 10 of 10 on flavor made with coconut , sugar, cider vinegar, fish sauce, cayenne chiles,ginger, curry powder, garlic, coriander, salt

Exactly Chuk Byron Bay's other sauces are like that also.
Austrailian sauces all seem to incorparate Asian influences to me they are very tasty.

cant be as good as the meaner greener. But maybe that is the mexican influence in my tastes. Too many years in Az i guess
