Moruga UV

So there has been a lot of talk about this pepper on some groups other places and I have a few growing but just thought they were another type of Moruga. Now people are saying they may be one of the hottest morugas out there! I haven't got to try one since mine are just seedlings but now i cannot wait to try them!

Anyone else growing them out there?

Is this the one from the UK?

If it is, it looks like an unintentional hybrid of some sort. Nothing wrong with that and people tell me it`s very, very hot.

I need pictures in order to tell people what it is.
Edit: found some online. That thing is *not* a moruga by any stretch of the imagination. Looks like a reaper had a run in with a blender squid(squid with blender mouth)

Oh no Nigel I don't think there's anything wrong with it I'm excited! I love those kinds of crosses, the ones that no one knew happened. I just cannot wait to try it!

I've loads of seeds of the moruga uv, I bought a kilo of pods from someone that bought a load from glens peppers in holland.

I can send you some seeds if you want some

Have you tried germinating any of your seeds?  I was thinking about picking some up from uk chili seeds but I haven't heard how well they grow or produce.

no I haven't yet. the seeds I've got came from a kilo of fresh pods that I bought so they should be ok.

UV = Ultra Violet?

;)

Sounds like a good name.    Although, Infra Red would be better.
UV is unknown variant. Even if it was ultraviolet, it would still fit more. Makes the inside of your mouth feel like sunburn for a week. I still stick with that these are part reaper at the very least. I look forward to growing them next year.
