hot-sauce Kato's Island Sauce....revisited.

Well, I finally got around to taking Mick's advice, and trying Kato's Island sauce on seafood. To be specific, I marinated an lb. of shrimp overnight in this interesting sauce.
Talk about a great experience! For those who haven't tried it, Island Sauce is mild enough to use as a marinade (although maybe not for amateur pepper heads) and has an interesting blend of curry and island spices.
I recommend you try this sauce as a marinade. Your dinner guests will be impressed.

WoW overnight ! How did the shrimp hold up ? Just Curious as the longest we done anything was 4 hours was worried it might break the seafood down and make it mealy.

Great info Josh good to know. In your last order we included a bottle of our Rajun Cajun not real hot but great flavor enjoy!

Thanks as always. The shrimp held up fine, by the way. Skewered and grilled them. Tasty, and warmed up the back of the throat a bit.

I found those chocalate hab seeds, by the way....sent them out today. There were only 5, but I wish you luck and fertility with them.
