Interesting.

I dig cheese with eggs but blue cheese with it seems a little funky.

Or maybe it just seems early in the day to be gettin' funky.

What do I know anyway?

Where's the hot stuff?

Its never too early to be funky!

Blue cheese goes surprisingly well in an omelet. If you like blue cheese then give it a try sometime. I was pleasantly suprised.

And don't you doubt me! It's got a red hab chopped up in it as well ;)

Hot spicy eggs, fungus, and mold, sounds pretty guud!

I like my eggs with some sort of sauce over them... almost always.

They just seem too naked otherwise. Must stem from my tomato puree vinaigrette reduction days in childhood.

TPVR! I like it. Add it to the list of isms.

I only had a bowl of Cheerios this morning. I know... boring.

I did think of slapping some Tapatio over it, but then it would have gone into TB's "What Hot Mess Did You Just Make" (or whatever it's called) thread.

True Story.

Made this a few weeks ago but forgot to upload.  Nothing fancy, just some homemade chili w/ some eggs over easy.  It was a great start to the day.

That'd also make primo fixin's for a brekkie taco or burrito.

Add a little cheese, chopped pickled peno's and slap it all on a flour tore tillah' and roll it up biggern' a baby's arm.

Commence Chairman Mao'ing.

Gracias amigo but not quite perfect.

After the pic I grabbed a spoon and shoveled in a couple mouthfuls.

"Needs more queso!"

So I drowned ever 'thang in more queso.

Now my farts smell like a platter of nachos.

I could eat that by the gallon.  Those spuds look sexy in that cast iron.

First came the jalapeno, serrano and fresno peppers sauted in olive oil and butter.

Then came the leftove ribye (cowboy steak)

Then a nice egg bath w/ a little jack cheese

Then the final bowl of goodness.

Breakfast truly is the best meal of the day!

Well that didn't turn out like I wanted.  I guess  I need to upload the actual images rather than use my gallery images.
