yum  :drooling:  looks fantastic

but,

where's the spice ?

:)

There's no spice in the dish save for the maple syrup I made to top it.  Just bring a bit of syrup up to a slow simmer with your choice of heat (in this case milah helow flake) then strain and use.  Sweet with just a hint of heat.  ;)

Dude.

Your omelet just barfed up a huge pile of sprouts!

God only knows what they're feeding chickens these days.

Shrimp and stilton for the win!

Home made steak spice on the strip has a lower heat flake in it. I added some high test for mine, but regular is fairly spicy for normal people.

Normal people.

I just turned 59 years old.

I've never met them.

The government did a scientific study.

They concluded that 1 out of every 4 people is crazy.

They also went on to say that if 3 of your friends appear normal....

Then its YOU!

I agree.

I saw an opening and took the shot.

And yeah.

It was pretty lame.

Guilty as charged.

I can only wish to eat like that.

Anymore.

I have to exercise restraint.

I have to watch what goes in.

Because of what comes out.

Hear me now.

Bleed' me later.

That day will come.

Interesting take on the Irish breakfast!

It was just my standard rummage around for whatever we have breakfast There was half a baked spud in the fridge, some brown mushrooms and grape tomatoes that are getting a little long in the tooth. Frozen mini sizzlers at bottom of chest freezer. I did break out the reaper powder vial for my egg though, which lead to tales of the loo reapercussions.
