I was quite surprised by the Clearly Guilty. After reading the ingredients I expected sharp and hot af.

It was smooth and had enjoyable heat, would be excellent on fish and chips  :drooling:

Thanks WarrantMan!! PPATB!!

Shout out as well to Dru! Generous to offer a few bottles and a little business insight. As a "wing and a prayer" up-start, I appreciate all the help I can get.

Looking forward to cracking them open. From the descriptions. I think the Rocket Sauce would be my favorite and quick to disappear. El Capitan sounds wonderful and will be my first try... #19 also sounds great but also like it would light you up something fierce.

Thanks again and I reiterate - "Pepper People are the Best."

It is my troubling duty to inform you that you are hereby being sought for violations of the Pictorial Copyright act of 2001, wherein you have been accused of reproducing photographic images, with malice and aforethought, without written permission or monetary compensation given to the originator thereof. This is to serve notice that you can willfully surrender or know that (from Taken with a few liberties)  I do have a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you and I will serve your ass some great hot sauce"

Great movie line. You can't imagine how many times I've actually wanted to use it. Maybe one day I will. You can say whatever you want on "your last day of employment."  haha

Thanks again.

Use caution. That Bajan sauce smelled really sweet to me and I tried a heaping (tablespoon) right off the bat. It was so hot it hurt my feelings.

Hotter than the original recipe?

Btw, I pretty much drank that aggravated assult.

Difficult to say really. I ingested quite a bit of the Bajan right off, it may have been a volume thing. I was way more guarded when I tried the "Original."  Not a decent benchmark to make a serious comparison between the two I will admit. That being said, to me, they were incredibly hot. Both are "great" (taste wise) regardless where they may fall on the heat scale....

Aggravated Assault is my "universal appeal" product and funny you say you "drank" it.  greenguru also mentioned that it was "chuggable." I take that as complimentary and that your heat threshold is high?

I would stack Iron Mike's sauces up against any that I've ever had. You will enjoy them very much, particularly if you like'em really "hot."

Very Cool!
Reggie, We had the Aggravated Assault last night on some grilled shrimp and sprinkled the Clearly Guilty on on some homemade double fried fries. All I can is both were amazing! Taste tested the Homicide really delicious and hot.

Mike going to try your original recipe tonight with a beer can chicken on the grill tonight. Saving the bajan for some cracked conch next weekend. Both are great right out of the bottle.

Both you guys make astounding sauces, and Thank you so much!
