Popcorn

Okay, take a can of chipotles in adobo, 3 sticks of butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 3 pinches of salt. Let the butter sit until soft. Put all contents into a food processor. Whirl it all up, then, roll the mixture into a log shape using wax/freezer paper and refrigerate. When solid, cut into slices and add to hot popcorn and toss. Amazing chipotle popcorn.

This will make enough for a long time!

That sounds Awesome.

Some nights when you don't have that kind of energy and just want something fast, try Scorpion salt over butter. Outstanding.

I use at least three kinds of hot pepper salts on my popcorn, so I get a different heat and flavor level especially if I have company, I do this with cheap potato chips also. Smoked pepper infused salt goes very good with popcorn. :mouthonfire:

It may not be crazy hot (for now, wait for the NYC show), but our Defcon Smokey Dust has been a favorite on popcorn for going on 7 years...Even Better on Kettle Corn. Not honking my own horn, just speaking reality from the thousands that currently enjoy it. It's also good on shrimp, pizza, steak, and perhaps used as an eye wash (although I've only been told of this).
