Shipping hot sauce

This may be the wrong forum, but I figured I was close.
 
I want to send a bottle of my hot sauce to a friend in England (I live in Canada), has anyone sent over sauces internationally and if so how did you do it?

what kind of bottle or jar is it in?   How Big (ounces/ml)?
 
Basically, lots of bubble wrap, a good sturdy box, customs form from the post office....and a lot of dollars....

Just pack it good and send it. Declare it a gift so there is no tariff. That's it.
