1 lbs. of medium shrimp / w heads 
Season to taste – Salt and Pepper 
¼ cup of - House of CeCe’s – Original Hot Pepper Sauce 
Canola Oil for cooking 
3 cups of - House of CeCe’s Flour Mix Blend 
1 cup of whole milk 
1 egg
 
House of CeCe’s Flour Blends 
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup self-rising flour 
½ teaspoon black pepper 
1 tablespoon – House of CeCe’s Kia Chicken Seasoning 
 
Method of Production: In a large bowl mix together the ingredients with a fork/or whisk. Then place the flour blend in the freezer for an hour. Tip: freezing the flour helps crystalize the small gluten particular within the flour; moreover, help foods to become crispier when frying.
