Crispy Hot Wings

Here's a recipe for some great hot wings! They are not traditional, they are spicy and crispy, not wet, and there is no sauce on the outside. Give it a try!

What you will need:
Chicken wings
Peanut oil
Your favorite wing sauce
Rice flour
Cayenne pepper (dried)

1) Marinate the wings is your favorite hot sauce for 48 hours in the fridge. The best way to do this is to fill a large bowl with the wings, dump the hot sauce in until all wings are covered. Cover with plastic wrap.

2) After 48 hours remove the wings and dredge them in the rice flour mixture (One tablespoon of cayenne pepper to one cup of flour).

3) Deep fry in peanut oil at 375 degrees.

Now, just eat them! You can add hot sauce if you like.
