Yellow and brown vermiculite

I am a first time grower with an issue of the vermiculite in my starter soil turning yellow and brown colors.
I have 10-15 seedlings in a 4x2' area with (2) 10.5" clamp lamps w 43 watt 6500k CFLs about 5 inches above the seedlings.

What could be the reason and remedy of the color change.

No problem. I haven't noticed it during germination, it sets in once I move the plants into the light. I'm not too worried as I haven't seen any negative effects on the plants themselves.
