Hello, I was wondering if anyone had ideas of some chain stores that would have to proper pH testing materials for sauce making. I know that pH testing is used for other things, but what I don't know is if these strips would be okay to use in food practices. Thanks in advance!

You'll want something like this for sauce:

I bought one of the Oakton meters, and it works great. You'll also need some neutral buffer solution for storage and calibration.
