lol, needed to know what it was like, I enjoyed it, was going to make a scrambled eggs Nachos tonight, but alas, another night :)

Not a bad idea. 😉

 

That brand is really the best tasting chip ive found and its only 80mg of sodium per ounce. They are pretty expensive unless you get them on sale at Costco or Sams.

Totally. And really, I'm rarely at a loss for words ...

 

I like to think of it as the kind of eating I should aspire to - tons of whole grain, fruit and nuts, and seafood ...

I seem to always be out of sour cream and it would have been nice with these.

 

Ground beef browned with chorizo and onion, fresh jalapeno and Kirkland cheese blend.....It also has a good tbs+ of homemade hot sauce,

The jalapenos are from Fresh Thyme market. They have been one of the few that are not duds. The odd part is that the stem end is milder than the tip. TIps on these are HOT and the stem end is almost sweet....Cant beat them for 77cents a pound,
