Chillifreak's 2014 grow list

Hi all, I had a great growing season last year with my Moruga Scorpions and My Bishops's crowns.
I still have 6 Morugas and 2 Bishop's Crowns.
 
This year i will be growing
 
Jalapenos (Telica) x 24
Moruga Scorpions x 24
Bishops Crown x 48 (already Planted Pics soon)
Orange Habanero x 8
Banana sweet x 8
Hungarian Wax x 8

I,m giving away 30 Bishop's crown pepper seeds to the first 10 people to request them, my gift to everyone, lets get started.

I would like to take you up on that offer if it still stands! If so, maybe next season I can return the favour with some seeds you don't have yet.
 
Good looking plants, with such shiny pods they could stand in for Christmas trees. :D

My seed start mix, 2 parts organic bark compost, 2 parts coco coir, 1 part milled spagnum peat moss, 1 part sterile potting mix, 1 clean building sand.

50 - Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Red Peppers
8 -  Hungarian Sweet Wax Peppers
20 - Banana Sweet Peppers
15 - Orange Habanero Peppers

Alright, I know i just planted my seeds buy i cant help but plant more. i decided to plant some Bell Peppers as well today.
So now my list stands like this.
 
Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Red
Orange Habanero
Jalapeno
Bishop's Crown
Banana
Hungarian Wax
Bell

if you have extra seeds to share please do always up for more variety and im able to grow year round  :party: .
 
I plan to keep 2 each from each varity i plant, will keep the pepper plants small and growing in 9 liter (+- 2.5 Gal) Pots. Growing Medium is 2 Parts Coco Coir, 2 Parts Bark Compost, 1 Part Sand 1 Part Hamster Bedding to keep it light, Pea gravel in the bottom for drainage.

Unfortunately I don't have Peppadew seeds, I wonder if any of the other SA growers might.

I'm using these juice jugs to transplant to when the peppers have 2 sets of true leaves. I like them cos i can see the roots to show me when to pot up.

Scorpions are coming along nicely too. this has been the fastest growth I've seen from pepper seeds

I put my peppers outside to harden off somewhat, days are quite cool so the wont suffer much, will start transplanting on sunday.
