I have a frozen bag of fresnos, and pequins. Could these be combined in a pepper sauce? I realize that pequins are usually dried, but in this case, they are fresh/frozen. I like basic pepper sauces with a vinegar base..not real excited about fruit based sauces. Would fresnos and pequins marry well in a sauce as described ?
