My birthday is coming up in June and my wife would like to know where to find Pepper stuff.

You know, stuff like T-shirts or oven mits or other pepper related stuff.

Any links or catalogs?

A lot of sauce companies have t-shirts etc if there is a particular sauce or brand you would like.  Other than that, google whatever the item is you're looking for.
 
Lots of places have chile pepper shirts, chile Hawaiian shirt, chile t-shirts, pepper t-shirts...lots of different variations of wordings.  Then there's chile pepper aprons, hats, necklaces, pot holder, chip and dip sets, etc etc....
 
Don't really know of any specific site that has "all things chile"....just look up the "item" you want with "chile" and/or "pepper".
