Very clean tasting. His ad said, followed the keep it simple stupid rule. This is a sweet sauce. I went strait for the teaspoon test. WOW. Nice sweet taste followed by lime and multiple pepper flavors. Then the burn. Nice even burn.
I think this is a good sauce for pork and chicken. Definitely pour it over cream cheese. I poured it on my Buche Burrito (yummy pig tummy). Delicious.
Its always good trying products from a fellow chilehead. I hope to see more sauces this year from Paul. I forgot. He sent me a sample of powder as well. Just thought I would share my thoughts on this sauce. Thanks.
