I use this LED grow lights
80LED  (60 Red, 20 Blue) , Red 660 nm, Blue 445 nm, 4,5 Wt

Looks like a great start.    That was a fast germination! 
Are you planning on growing them outdoors once it gets warmer, or will these be growing indoors the whole time?

Well it looks like you have things well in hand, I have my plants set out but they still look weak and don't want to grow,  but its still a little cold.
Your plants are looking heathy and have good growth on them, you have some tasty very hot varieties.
