Late Arrivals

With the end of our season looming and night temps getting down into the single digit C (mid 40 F) A few late pods are trying to ripen. Thought I'd share the pics (sorry they're a little blurry)

Wow Bent, my favourite chilli variety and rainbow coloured, brilliant!
 After hearing your raves about them & wondering what colour it would be...for it to turn out like this, I think I'd better send you the seeds.

You knew I'd be one of the first to comment on that.

That I knew RB

What were the other pods like Bent? What were the seeds actually named? You've got me all excited talking about Scotch Bonnets.

Nice looking pods.I`m hopeing the 2 scotch bonnets I planted make it.New learning experience. How long have they been in the making?

Way longer than they should have been hixs. I had them in small pots for months trying to work out where to plant them, then they didn't really do anything until a few months ago when I threw some potting mix around them & gave a bit of fert.

They're powering on now, but too late in the season. Don't get bad winters here but cold enough to stop pod production. will be a good shrub come spring.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!! EXPERIMENT!!!

An Aussie US plant.....shared custody.

Ship it to me (the whole plant) I will plant it and let it grow to glory, and ship it back.

It will be 12 feet tall by next spring!!

Ahhh, a good thought. Thanks for sharing!lol, I have been given some fantasy material. It could be put on a boat that follows summer!! Imagine a 20 ft SB tree!
