My flowers keep falling

I have had these plants since Feb this year.  They started flowering then all of a sudden it drops all the blooms.  I haven't had any pods at all.  I recently bought a moisture meter to see if I was overwatering. Apparently I was.  Now its been more than a week and I have drained more holes in the pot and I have regulated the water until its dry I will not water.  I have attached some pictures as well please help.  One more thing.  I bought an organic bug spray, its like a soap.  These bugs just won't go away either.

falling flower, are due to one of the following
growing conditions, 
feeding habit
 
in the growing condition, too hot, too cold, too windy, too dry.....
in the feeding habit, too much water, fertilizer, or not enough....
the age of the pepper  must be synchronized with both growing conditions, and feeding habit...
 
So I've had all of them... it was very hot then windy, I overwatered and apparently I need Nouts?
were you able to see the picture?
 
They look a bit anemic...you might want to complete this list.

Here's the bible list.

Flower drop probable causes:

1. Day temp too high >95F
2. Night temp too low <65F or too high >85F
3. Too much nitrogen fertilizer
4. Too much water
5. Low light levels (reduces fertility).
6. Very low humidity (reduces fertility)
7. Poor air circulation (air circulation contributes to pollination).
8. Lack of pollinating insects.
9. Size of pot
10. Too much mineral in feedwater.
11. Too much grower attention/anxiety.
 
Thank you Dreamweaver.   here in california the temp is 60-65 nightly sometimes hotter... the daytime ranges from 70-95(which was today).  I haven't used any fertilizer at all... I think it has been overwatering and also a bit of lack of sunlight.  I just brought up my light to supplement the plants at night time. that should really help them.  I got some fertilizer 4-8-6 for organic vegetables and peppers.  Hopefully that will work,  I was using super thrive but it has not really done much.  Another thing that I think is going on is that there might not be too many insects to pollens the flowers.   When you say they look anemic what do you mean?
 
all the flowers at the moment look like they are dried up.  Its happened twice already, hopefully they can flower again. 
 
More light, less water, higher night temps and giving them the right nutes seems important to keep the flowers on.
That and manually pollinating the flowers.
As I told you before, using a small piece of dark cardboard should be great for collecting pollen from the flowers, seeing them and effectively pollinating the stamen with them
I know, because I figured that one out myself a few days ago, and I got my flowers to wither due to successful pollination.
Don't rely on insects if you have only a few pepper plants with flowers and you wanting to make sure you get pollinated flowers.
 
Also emald, the dirt you are using is way too acidic for peppers, you need to use some other dirt like promix

 try using fish, kelp, and Epsom salt 
superthirve is not a fertilizer, it is a mix of vitamins and minerals plant do need,  you must mix it with other fertilizer, using it by it self does not work.
 
First get the plant healthy with plenty of green growth then worry about the flowers.

I'm hesitant to comment more as all of the above advice given by some of the THP gods should get you there.

But here's a couple of points:

* Make sure it's getting 4 hours (min) or 6-8 hours (ideal) of direct sun but if over 90* then use a shade cloth...generally east facing works.

* Then start to feed it ASAP, you can go organics or chemical, i would suggest any tomato feed like Miracle Grow which i think is 10-10-10.

Thanks guys... I was using organic miracle geo soil.  But i think all the overwatering flushed all the nouts out.  I will feed it this weekend with an organic fertilizer i got its a 4-8-6 .  I can take some of the dirt out and mix it with the new fert and see what happens what y'all think?
 
IF you're using fox farms ferts Em you don't need other ferts. Sometimes calcium is recommended because FF is low in calcium but what you're using now should be ok.
