breeding I need information on breeding peppers!!!!

I'm growing several varieties of C. chinense this year and aside from harvesting viable, true to type/variety seed from all the individual ones (which I know how to do) I grow I would like to make some crosses. Is there a generally accepted way to do this? Can someone explain in depth for me and/or suggest good reading on the topic?

I think fatalii.net has a great section on breeding. He knows what he is doing but its not complicated info. I think thats where I saw a nice lesson. Others will chime in so wait for it...

Or alternately, if you don't mind what varieties are crossed with what, get some bees... bees are great at that stuff. I love 'em, I encourage 'em to hang around and wouldn't have it any other way.... but damn if they don't make seed saving a PITA!
 
Yup... the Fatalii.net guide is great... except who uses a cotton bud to collect pollen? We have finger tips people!
