Greetings from St. Augustine, Florida

Just introducing myself to the group.  I'm new to sauce making and been growing peppers for a few years now.  Want to make a good vinegar based sauce and start to bottle when I can.  Thanks for all the advice and information.  Look forward to honing my hot-ass pepper making skills. 
 
I'm currently harvesting datils, trinidad maruga scorpions, red habs, cayenne, jalapeno, hot thai, and tabascos.

Thanks for the warm welcome.  Look forward to makin' some yummy and delicate, face-melting delights.  Need more plants!  And anyone interested in datil seeds, let me know.  These are locally grown heirloom and datil is one variety that I hope Monsanto will never get their hands on!!  Ramble on!
