Age 4: Fave Snack....Tabasco and Saltines
 
Age 10: Wanted a hot sauce gift basket for Christmas
 
Age 18: Hooters 911 wings..."well...they're ok...BUT..."
 
Age 25: Every take-out and phone order always ended with "now make it very, VERY spicy"!
 
Age 27: Met up with Dave's Insanity Sauce...ego...shrunken.
 
Age 30: Began both collecting and making hot sauces
 
Age 33: My first "Habenero drop"....just because.
 
TODAY: Let's just say that Wilbur Scoville is a personal hero of mine.
