In the last few weeks I have seen Gusher challenges and people just eating various different pods and even one fool snorting hot pepper powder. I say We encourage this behavior and we have a section of something where you post video of you doing something crazy hot pepper related and we create a custom board badge for members who demonstrate via video that they have done so... not sure if this is possible with the forums but you could click a members "Achievements" and see something like "King of the Gushers" and a little gusher candy or Pepper next to it.. how it would work is as follows
Member posts suggestion for an achievement and if the post gets enough pro votes it becomes and official challenge/Achievement. Once all the proper things are added to forums than the challenge would be accepted by members and they would start posting their videos. As incentive to Extreme business members they could create challenges featuring their products and maybe it wouldn't have to go to vote to be accepted..
Just thought this might be a fun little thing and you could have a custom title under your name based on the achievements you have unlocked.. sorry PS3/Xbox generation here where everything was a achievement..
Titles:
King of the gushers - Consume Chocolate Bahut of other super hot filled with Killer Swarm or pure extract and NOT seek liquid remedy for 7 Minutes.
Hotshot - Demonstrate your commitment to hot peppers and consume "Hot" Pepper, could be put into a category and classify which peppers would be accepted. Style points for creativity.
Cooking with Fire - Post one video or forums recipe featuring the use of super hot peppers are an ingredient to your recipe.
The Sauce it burns!!! - Post video review of your favorite hotsauce.
The Burning Ring of Fire - Consume (x) different types of super hot peppers and be able to document this in some method.
Contributor - Help promote the chilihead movement by helping other members, posting original content or by other acts of kindness. Could be a forum where members vote for other members etc.
Just some ideas and not really sure how it will be received but would like to hear everyones feedback or at least fun achievements.
