Yeah. Anyone can plop a bunch of extract on some wings. I personally am not a big fan of this practise. 

The chef says : "My Bangladeshi mother is currently growing a hybrid chilli called the Hulk, which will be all the hottest chillies in one and register 3 million Scoville on its own."

Let's take this claim with a grain of salt for now. If a stable "Hulk" hybrid hasn't been developed yet, then how does he know it's going to be 3 million Scoville units ? Also, that would be a pretty incredible leap up compared to the current world holder. 

Maybe he thinks capsaicin content is accumulative.

For now I call bs.
 
 
BS as u said,
if someone likes capsicum oil this much (which no body does) why not get ur face sprayed by cops lol, or just use it as asthma inhalers to help your "addiction to heat" 
 
I agree with you. Anyone can force themselves to eat it, but its not a challenge to make either.
 
The Hulk... guessing the heat before its tested is very wise.
 
I just read the article and I too call bs.  It claims that the dish is 12million on the Scoville Scale.  This is impossible as the bulk of it is made of bbq sauce, peppers rated around a million- a million and a half shu, and a few milliliters of 13mil extract.

Agreed. Heh, see the part about the cap causing internal bleeding as a side effect? Maybe he's lacing the sauce with crushed glass....lol. Or just saying all this crap so people won't try it. That's a pretty decent prize. I'd do it for 100pounds for sure. That'd make for a nice friday night.
