pest Are these baby ladybugs?

Definitely an early instar of some type of stinkbug, which is a pest.  Crush by hand and break out some soap spray.  Search for additional eggs and physically remove if you are able.

You can see that the ladybug eggs are rather oval, kind of like a rounded football shape. Stinkbug eggs are more flat on the top, kind of like a barrel. Just Google "stinkbug eggs" and you'll find a bunch of images.
