Plants not growing straight

What causes some of my pepper plants to not grow straight?  Most of my plants are looking great and growing straight and tall;  however, I do have a few that tend to almost lay down.  The main stem bows.  If I were to pick the stem up it would curl like a "C"  any ideas?  None of my plants are staked.  I do use cages when they start to get tall and.  I also have these peppers in containers.

what type of pepper AND pics would help
