Naga and mango hot sauce

This is one of the simplest recipes we've done to date, inspired by  Burning Desire's, burning indulgence mango hot sauce.
 
Ingredients
 
2 x Dorset Nagas
 
a tin of sliced mango in syrup
 
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
 
Process
 
 We deseed the Nagas, but it's personal preference, then just blend it all together including the mango syrup until it's a smooth consistency. Bottle it up, and job done.
 
This is a fresh sauce so keep it in the fridge and use within a couple of weeks. It goes particularly well on chicken and in stir frys.
