chinense I want to make habanero honey any thoughts?

I want to make some honey with Hobanero in it. I got the idea from of all places a Toco John's restaurant. They have boneless honey Hobanero wings that are great. The only thing I'm not sure about is do I dehydrate the peppers whole and grind them into a fine powder and mix them with the honey? Should I take out the seeds and put them in the honey? I haven't found many recipes online but the sweet heat is the best. I don't want it too be unbearable. I have a feeling this will be a trial by error for the first few attempts. Any thoughts would be great.

Wisconsin pepper grower thanks you!

Bring a jar of honey with fresh halved habs to a low boil for 5 to 10 min, then pour through a metal sieve to het the bits out, and let cool. I did this with maple syrup last year and it was awesome.

A good side affect of this process is the candied habs you filtered out.
