seeds When do you typically start feeding seedlings?

And what strength ? 1/4 ? 1/2 ?

I will be using
Pure Blend® Pro Grow 3-2-4

1/2 strength, after plant has 3-4 sets of true leaves

follow the instructions on the fertilize...I use botanicare products and follow their regimen...I actually use 1/2 strength as soon as the seeds hit the soil and after about 2-3 weeks, I go full strentgh

use 1.5 teaspoons per gallon(4l) of water from when they pop. Use it at that strength for 1 month then go to vegetative.

I've been half strength from the very beginning.  I soak my peat pellets in half strength, prior to sowing the seeds.  I go full strength after the second set of true leaves.

Once they show they need it. i use potting mix with "6 months" of fertilizer in it, which lasts 4 months in my 3x3 pots under t5HOs.
 
They look like sh*t even after watering is pretty much when I start at half strength 2 times a week.
