hot-sauce Cili Pipp's hot pepper sauces

Hey'all

I would't like to eat all the unripe peppers on my plants, so I ordered a few sauces yesterday, to put out the desire of THA burn in me....

so these are the ones I bought, from the local "master" of chilli sauces ....

the left one ... HOT SUN .... is made from Bhut Jolokia yellow, Trinidad Scorpion yellow, vinegar, sugar, lime, salt and some spices

the middle one .... 100% PURE NAGA .... is made from Bhut Jolokia, Naga Jolokia, Naga Morich, vinegar, lime, sugar and salt

the right one... BHUT JOLOKIA .. is made from Bhut Jolokia, tomato, vinegar, sugar, onion, garlic, lime, salt and some spices

So, that's it ... which one would you start with? ... i have a sandwich in front of me and I would like to spice it up :)
any of you ever tried one of these?

yep they are tasty

well, yesterday I went with the 100% PURE NAGA... and it's a nice sauce... pure pepper flavor, a little sweet at first but after 10-20 seconds a nice and long lasting burn
it also was a nice treat on today's burger ... mmm

Hot Sun all the way :fireball:

tried it today for the first time (half of a teaspoon is enough for me) ... and is, at least to me, the best of all three. Very nice aroma, slowly improving burn after a delicious taste of peppers. A little vinegary, but not too much. Super sauce.
