condiment My First Salsa Canned & Ready To Enjoy

My first time making and canning my own salsa. Has a great flavor! Much better than store bought. If I changed anything, I would add more hot peppers and cut the lime juice in half. Here's my recipe:
6 cups of peeled and cored tomato's (from my garden)
6 Large Jalapeno's (Had to buy them from the store)
6 Large yellow Brain Strain (Bought from The Pepper Geek)
1 Large 7 Pot Jonah. (I had one so I used it) lol
6 cloves of garlic
1 large cucumber (from my garden)
1 Large onion (from my garden)
2 tsp lime juice (should only use 1)
1 Tbls Moruga Scorpion powder (After adding lime juice I needed more heat)
2 Tbls minced cilantro
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 cup cider vineger

Very nice!  It would be plenty hot for my taste!  Great job.

Looks fantastic I make lots of salsa, did you pressure can or hot water bath? Got me fired up to make a batch. Just picked up 35 lbs of hatch green chilies. Great job give salsa 2/3 weeks lime will mellow. Keep on cooking!
