Hello everyone. I'm John. I've just begun getting heavily into chiles and hot sauces. I always loved them, but now moreso since i gave up smoking 9 months ago. A drop of Jersey Death will cause anyone to not need a smoke, eh?

I cook for fun, drive a VW Beetle, and dig rock music and reggae music. I dig Italian and Mexican food. I'm a longtime fan of Blair's products since i first tried the Death Rain chips long long ago.

I posted my wing recipe in my profile after registration. I hope you all try it and let me know what you think. It's a staple in our humble little home in Edison and i think you'll love it.

Nice hearing from the UK. Aside from the US, UK and Germany are my favorite places to live (or dream about living). We have a number of British influences to our home decor and pantry contents.

That's a big compliment fineexample (sorry dosen't seem right without the 'e' on the end). I live in Kent in the south-east of England.

Oh like you don't know! Yer sauce is next on my list actually. I'm stopping at Whole Foods in Middletown this afternoon. They had none 2 weeks ago though. Maybe i should call ahead?

Don't waste a trip. We're not in that location yet. Their IT dept. isn't the swiftest in adjusting their vendor portals. The closest Whole Foods to you that currently carries it is in Millburn or West Orange. Or of course our website.

I know their shipping/receiving manager. He's a car buddy of mine. Not sure if that's considered IT to them or not, but who knows. You might want to try and get some product in Dearborn Market or Delicious Orchards. You probably know they sell all kinds of hot stuff. :mouthonfire:
