Cheiro Recife ripe

Ate my first Cheiro Recife pod tonight (sorry forgot to get a ripe pic)...wow it was a hot little bugger. I'd put the heat around orange hab...surprising for such a little pod. I really like these though so it's on my 2015 grow list already :)

Great pepper Nigel, I definitely prefer them over the Cumari

i can see that. I still prefer Cumari do para, but it`s close!!! What is it about Brazilian chinense varieties that makes them so bloody good??? I have a few new ones this year (new to me) I have not eaten before, so maybe I`ll find a new favorite! Cheiro recife is spectacular, though! And yes, I`m growing both it and Cumari do Para!
