Our first Featured Company of the Month - Wildfire Chilli - Feature Article

All of us here at Slosh’s Bar & Grill are incredibly excited to introduce a brand new addition to our website!

Starting today each month we will be featuring a different company – we will have an interview with the owner, do an overview of their product range and this month we even have a special treat just for our readers!

So without any further ado, the featured company for August is Wildfire Chilli – a Perth based company that sells plants, seeds, sauces as well as other chilli related merchandise.  You can find their website here – http://www.wildfirechilli.com.au.  Among other things, their super-hot chilli puree sauce, Arson Fire, won 1st Place Hottest Sauce at the Fremantle Araluen Chilli Festival this year … but more about that later …

So come and check out our article - we have video reviews for all our top 5 products, a special code for our readers to  try the new tincture range and let us know what you think, and what companies you would like to see featured in the future!

So what happen to Candice did she sell out?  Would be more interested in hearing that story.

I know she put it up for sale earlier this year ... I even considered buying it myself 8-) but didn't have the money ... I can always ask her if she is interested in doing an interview 8-)

This here's a story about Duffy Joe and Candice Sue
Two young lovers with nothin' better to do
Than sit around the house, get high, and watch youtube
And here is what happened when they decided to cut loose

They headed down to NMSU, old El Paso
That's where they ran into a great big hassle
Duffy Joe shot a man while robbing his pepper
Candice Sue took the money and run

Go on take the money and run
Go on take the money and run
Go on take the money and run
Go on take the money and run

I believe Candice has sold her sauce business.  Not sure if it's the pepper growing side as well as the sauce side.

Whatever's in the past, don't know. Don't worry about all that, it's moving forward for the new entrepreneur!

he said he bought the company last year, I wonder if the recipe he uses for the puree is/was his or did he buy it....

either way, I am glad the puree's are selling well...I know I like the ones I make and they seem to be popular too even though I am not a "professional" any more...

Arson Fire was existing, AJ. And he bought the company this year (May), it says. ;)

I think you can see why I asked the question boss...I would not dare ask him for his recipe even though if he volunteered it I would not turn it down

Well you did publish your recipe and give it out free. :)

But pretty sure it's different. Puree is a global term. ;)

yes, and I liked sharing my recipe...no big deal...anyone can make it if they want to take the time...and I look at it like this...not many people will go commercial with it anyway...and as you know, my recipe comes from down under...

I still have a jar of one lol. The rest went pretty fast. This one is aged. ;)

more to come in a couple of weeks boss...I am getting ready to make a batch of Butch T Scorp and Red 7 Pot puree...those are my favorites...

looks like I sidetracked this thread and I apologize...back on subject line...

I am proud for the man and his business and wish him nothing but success...
