96strat sent me some bg7 hot sauce he canned and it came in the mail yesterday. I took the jar out of the box and immediately tried a teaspoon of it, then two more! Very, very, good! Perfect tasting, I like the way the pepper taste came through with only a hint of the vinegar. Good burn also! I tried two teaspoons again today and it didn't take long to realize I forgot my Nexium this morning!
